Upswing Clinics takes pride in always providing a very respected and experienced group of coaches.
Clinic curriculum will focus on individual skills, tactical understanding, vision and decision making to help athletes become better, more well-rounded players.
We are willing to come to your school or club to provide specific instruction and clinic formats that work best for your needs. We do both indoor and outdoor field hockey clinics throughout the year.
Private/small group lessons are also an option if you're within the greater Pittsburgh area!
